We provide installation services for all of your fenestration products, such as:

  • Storefronts: Exterior / Vestibules / Interior / Office Partitions / Mall Fronts
  • Windows: Punched openings / ribbon windows / operable (casements – awnings – sliders)
  • Window Walls: Multi-residential towers with operable windows and terrace doors
  • Skylights: Custom aluminum (types – lean to, ridged with gables, dutch gables & pyramids)
  • Solariums: Premanufactured kits, custom skylights with curtainwalls.

We also provide installation services for other glazing elements as well, such as:

  • Mirrors – washroom vanities, mirror walls (for exercise room/gymnasium)
  • Aluminum railings (picket and glazed)
  • Glass balustrades – standoffs, base shoe, stainless steel hardware, continuous handrails
  • All Glass office partitions with top and bottom channels, patch hardware, silicone joints, etc.

About Us

Brady Built Contracting Ltd. is owned and operated by Josh Brady.
Josh is an AIT award winning Red Seal Certified Journeyman in the Glazier Trade. He has over 15 years of experience installing fenestration and glazing products.
Brady Built does not compromise on installation techniques/processes which ensures top quality installations.
Brady Built employs experienced glaziers and we get the project complete on time and on budget.

Services

Sub Contracting

  • Brady Built will install your products as per the highest industry standards and your approved shop drawings
  • If you need us to provide consumables (shims, membranes, fasteners, caulking, etc.) we can quote that as part of the installation package
  • Our employees are certified to work with aerial platforms and telehandlers. We are safety conscious and will install products as per your health and safety programs.

Additional Services

  • Brady Built also works directly with owners to service doors, replace windows/doors/hardware to get your products operational/functional again.
  • We also offer complete build packages to retailers and residential owners for new or altered storefronts, shower enclosures, mirrors, railings etc.
